Masala is a Hindi word meaning a blend of spices in informal phrases. It generally refers to a hodge-podge of elements mixed together to add spice to the final product. For these candles we took various Indian fragments gathered from block prints street signs and henna designs, and melded them together to form this unique and colorful collection. The colors are typical of an Indian street scene with rich deep hues clashing unexpectedly with brights.
